is there a way to configure/optimize IPTV with the Deco M5? I have problems with my decoder (a lot of lags/freezes and blackscreens), although connection and speeds are excellent with speedtest.

Is your deco woring on router mode?
Make sure the deco running the latest firmware and the IPTV is working ok with your modem.
Also check the speed of the deco is enough for IPTV and setup high priority for streaming in QoS.

Hi, We're in February 2018, and stull no news concerning V-LAN support fir the deco. Can we have an official answer TP-Link ? THANK YOU !

For Malaysian users on TM Unifi or Maxis:
You need to access the DECO M5 - Main unit physically attaching a network Cable to a PC/Laptop.. and manually " Enable VLAN or IPTV" for your internet to work. Also after you've " Enable" the setting, you'll need to select either TM Unifi or Maxis.


For some other models of TP-Link you need to "Enable VLAN/IPTV" or else TM Unifi/Maxis will not run.
