Archer C59 v1 - RTSP ALG not working on hostname based URLs

I just bought an Archer C59 v1 wifi router.
My ISP provide an RTSP tv service.
However I can't access it behind this router because the handy URL provided by my ISP are hostname based and not IP based.
e.g. : rtsp://domain.isp.net/...
When I substitute the hostname with the corresponding IP address in the URL, then the connection works.
I never had this issue on my TL-WR841ND.
So I suppose this is some regression, and maybe not just on my model.
Is this cause to contact the support, or does this forum post suffice to inform them ?
