How to improve performance on MR200

I recently bought MR200 and in the process of configuring it correctly. I have a 300 mbps 4g connection. Upon speed tests its only showing a download speed of 2 mbps while upload speed seems to be 20 mbps. After some checks in the admin console, i am wondering what values i must give to the following parameters in the advance settings?
Beacon Interval:
RTS Threshold:
DTIM Interval:
Is there any other settig that is prohibiting from better speeds? anyone has experience with this performance topic? Any help greatly appreciated
