TD-8951ND V3 Cannot access 192.168.1.1 Interface after a while with "Object Not Found" error1

I bought this modem way back in 2011 and didn't use it since 2012. I don't have fiber in my new place so I decided to put this modem to use. Problem is after returning my WD-8951ND v3 modem to the factory settings I can access and use modem interface at 192.168.1.1 just fine for some time. Then suddenly it returns the following error on every browser until I factory reset again.
Can someone help me with that? I don't want to buy a new one while this one works alas it is working in that frustrating condition. How do I update the firmware btw?

The requested URL '/' was not found on the RomPager server. Return to last pageCan someone help me with that? I don't want to buy a new one while this one works alas it is working in that frustrating condition. How do I update the firmware btw?
