I just bought this Wireless adapter today and plugged it in. Installed the drivers via the utility and separately. It now does this ( https://gyazo.com/dc0744a549019bf7093253d9c3ecc544 ) no matter what usb port. Is there a solution for this or did I get a DOA unit? Thanks

Is the light on the adapter always on when it does that? What's your computer system? Try reinstall the driver, shut down the firewall or antivirus.

Thanks for replying, I ended up going through all of the troubleshooting steps and nothing worked. The light was flashing along with it on the device manager and my OS is Windows 10 Home 64Bit. I've returned it, though it did work on my laptop for some reason.
