RE580D radio problems

Hi, my RE580D is failing with radio signal.
I've tried to reset to factory default but when the extender power on, the radio led is blinking for a while and then off.
I can't access to configuration, etc., no wireless, etc.
Trying to press RE button and radio led blink but not stay fixed.
Any idea to solve the problem?
