Archer C7 Random internet disconnects

Archer C7 Random internet disconnects
Model : Archer C7
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version : 1.0.4 Build 20170901
ISP : Biznet
Hardware: Archer C7 V4
So the router regularly disconnects from the internet (wired and wireless).
Turning the router off and on seems to fix the problem but it would happen again (anywhere from minutes to 2-3 days)
I have read other threads of other people having the exact problems and tried some solutions from there but it did not help
Tried changing the DCHP lease time from the default 120 to maximum number. problem still persists.
Updated firmware to the latest doesnt do anything either.
Any help would be appreciated thanks
