Hey there, just got my C3150.

I setup my address reservation as so:




I've tried to restart the router multiple times as well as powering it down and pulling the cables out, but it seems to be retaining the previously assigned IP addresses from the DHCP server and has only given 1 device (ServerWindows) the IP address I assigned it. I also see no way to manually drop the lease:




Any help would be appreciated.

Did you already setup some static IP address on Desktop and Access point?
On the desktop , you can have a try release and renew the IP address.
For the Access point, restart it as well.
