Error 4503 TL-WR840n firmware update problem

Hi guys,
I'm from Brazil and having problems while updating firmware in my router tl-wr840n
My actual firmware version is 4.0 and I'm trying to update do v5.0 but when i try i receive a msg of error "4503: the uploaded file was not accepted by the device"
did anyone have the same issue?
i found this issue while trying to use the bandwith control. the router menu doesn't allow me to digit the egress and ingress bandwith values, so i thought it could be because of and older firmware version.
does anyone know how to solve this or these issues?
