Hello -

I have a powerline kit in my home. The connection has been disconnecting and reconnecting and now the adapters don't show up in the Utility software.
AV1200 Gigabit Passthrough Powerline Starter Kit
TL-PA8010P KIT V2
http://www.tp-link.com/ca/download/TL-PA8010P-KIT.html

Today the TP Utility shows the message: "No device connected." so none of the two powerline adapters show up.
I uninstalled the utility software and re-installed after downloading the latest .exe from:
http://static.tp-link.com/tpPLC_Utility_Windows_new.zip

What can I do to get the adapters to show up?

Thanks

Check this computer is plugged well into the adapter with the third Ethernet light on.
Disable the firewall and anti-virus software on this computer or change another computer may help

Use a new network name, then start adding back devices with their own pwd and make sure their network name is the one you just choosed.

I have the same problem (similar). I can see my devices in tp-utility sometimes but after maybe 10-15 seconds they will disconnect (and I see "No device connected"). I have noticed that if I interact (change something and save) with my router (DLink DIR-868L) it seems the tp-utility will wake up and show my devices again for 10-15 seconds.
And, I cannot get any connection to the network through my devices. These problems all started after upgrading to the latest firmware in my router.
My stuff:
router - Dlink DIR868L
Tp-link - TL-WPA8630P-Kit (v1)

disable power-saving mode and enable PLC-to VDSL mode. Check the circuit environment.
Or degrade the router

What kind of advice is that? Cut speed back to half, and then it'll work? Guess what: It won't.
