Touch P5 ac1900 only one device at full speed

HiI cant get it. I have set up my new Touch p5 as router and has activated wifi as usual with 2.4 ghz an 5 ghz.My problem is that it seems like it is only the first wifi device that get full speed 100 mbps the next ones get around 10. Very strange. What am I missing?Earlier today my ipad got 100 mbps and my iphone 10 mbps (with speedtest). Tonight it is the other way around.Please help.
