Archer C7 1750: Only getting wireless speeds of 144Mbps (2.4GHz) and 800Mbps (5.0GHz)

Archer C7 1750: Only getting wireless speeds of 144Mbps (2.4GHz) and 800Mbps (5.0GHz)
Model : Archer C7
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
2.4GHz is using 40Mhz and 5.0GHz is using 80Mhz channel widths.
WPA2 AES security on both.
It seems Channel Bonding is not working?
Tried the following already:
1. Only use one band at a time
2. Updating firmware to latest version
3. Factory reset
