Archer C3200 Secure Connection Failed

Hello forum members! I bought a TP link Archer C3200 router. I have set it up, but it doesn't work well. All the devices which are connected to the router are get secure connection failed error in the browser. I have already tried turning the router's antivirus off, and I turned ESET nod32 off as well. Any idea? :confused:
