Archer vr600v Shows only 5Ghz Wlan

Hi,
i have some trouble with my new archer vr600v. It shows only the 5Ghz Wlan but not the 2,4Ghz.
Both Leds are still on and also enabled in the Webinterface.
I have resetted the Device and also done a factory Reset.
Does anyone has an Idea?
