Hi all

I set up parental controls for one user in the app. All seemed ok, but then when I went back in the app I could see no profiles, as if I had never created one. I have done this three times now, each time the profile vanishes after I complete setup. However, in at least one case the profile is being applied to a device, even though I can't see it! This is obviously a problem because now I can't ever edit that profile...

Has anyone come across this issue? Any suggestions?
