TWCU.exe has stopped working (WIN-10 64-BIT)

TWCU.exe has stopped working (WIN-10 64-BIT)

When I start my computer there is instant a message that "TWCU.exe has stopped working". After that I only see that the listed networks are named "test1,2,3....". My T4U adapter is connected, somehow. But I have no access to the internet.
The last weeks it started to stop working, but after some time beeing on my computer, now it happens right after the start. I also tried to reinstall drivers for the T4U adapter & to reinstall the configuration utility software.
Really hoping for some quick help, thanks :)
