hi, i want to ask how does minimum and maxinum speed on qos works,if i have 3Mbps and i add a rule where 192.168.0.105 - 192.168.0.110 (ip on 1/same rule and not seperated) have a minimum of 200kbps and maxinum 1000kbps of download. does this mean if there are 5 device connected on those ip, each ip will stick and will not go higher than 200kbps download or each ip will still use 200kbps+ or likely 1000kbps each?
