Firmware for TL-PA4020P

I have a TL-PA4020P (Ver. 1.0) unit with an old firmware. Recently i could try another TL-PA4020P (Ver 1.0) and this new unit came with firmware version (1.3.0.2134-00_402191_160311_903). I can't find this new firmware version at official support webpage. Could you send me this new firmware or tell me where to find it?

Hey, I also had a TL-PA4020P V1 with firmware from 2014 (the classic
TL-PA4020PKIT_V1_140208), and was using a maximum speed of 500Mbps before, then I've upgraded it using
TL-PA4020P KIT(UK)_V1.2_160223 (states it's for UK version, but I guess it's fine for any - EU - country with 220v, as I'm in Italy and it
worked properly).
Make sure to rename that archive so that it has a .rar extension, as the archive is actually a RAR, not a ZIP (that's why if you try to open it normally fails).
As you can see:
The speed is now actually upgraded to 600Mbps (same happened when upgrading the two WPA-4220's I have), and everything works properly with higher speeds (I gained something like 30-40mbps).
