TD-W8901N. Config web page does not repond

When the product was newly purchased the configuration web page didn't respond after while of operation, so it was necessary turned off an back on to get the web page responding again. Now is near impossible to get into the configuration web page. A inspection of ethernet packages done with wireshark yielded that the tcp conection with the HTTP port (port 80) is acepted by the TD-W8901N, but after that no more HTTP responses are received from the config web server of the device.
