TL-PA8010P v2 only getting 100Mbps speeds

I am having a problem with my TL-PA8010P kit
I am unable to download anything on my pc faster than 100Mbps
My setup I as follows:
200Mbps Virgin Internet (Superhub v3 with gigabit ports)
Cat6 cable
TL-PA8010P
the about 10 meters away in another room is the second TL-PA8010P (the TP-LINK utility reports a connection speed of 622MBPS)
cat6 cable
into my gigabit port on my pc
using speedtest.net I can never get over 100Mbps (my MacBook on wireless can hit 200Mbps no problem)
Can anyone help with this as I am stuck?
