TL-WPA8630P KIT(EU) V2 tpPLC problem

I have upgrade new kit TL-WPA8630P (EU) V2, on 2.0.3 Build 20171018 Rel. 36564 through web interface, download from https://www.tp-link.com/en/download/TL-WPA8630P-KIT.html#Firmware, and get on http://www.tplinkplc.net/ this, where have information that TL-WPA8630P is update
Android tpPLC show the same (OK). But tpPLC win apk utility show sometging else, old version of firmware for both:
Is this wrong firmware or utility does not read precise and right version? I think that utility is wrong...
But I cant read the firmware version of TL-PA8010P. May I try to put https://www.tp-link.com/en/download/TL-PA8010P.html#Firmware (170511 EU V2), because tpPLC show old (160818) version, or firmware for KIT whitch I updated do this already?
tpPLC utility now dont show LED on both parts, only one (green LED) on Device 2D3D, but I have internet, LED is show ok on both.. this is show after update
