Archer C2 Local Management

I have Archer C2, and I can't add MAC adresses in Local Management.
Am I doing something wrong or is there a mistake/bug in firmware?
Also in tutorial https://www.tp-link.com/us/faq-2001.html there is step 3:
"3) Click Add, and your PC’s MAC address will also be listed."
but in the router's web management is only button " Set" no button " Add", moreover other similar routers has this option and even my quite old WR740N.
