Allow Guest Network to be seen from CAT5 Port connected device

Guest networks seem to be configurable for Wireless connectivity only.
I'd like to have a device that is connected by CAT5 cable to be placed in the GUEST network and thus kept separate from all my other devices within the home.
e.g. a laptop ....
Any help much appreciated!
