TP-Link TL-WPA8630P KIT doesn't work everywhere

I have here an TP-Link TL-WPA8630P KIT which will not work on each power Connection.On two power Connection it lan or WLAN will work for about some minutes. After that I will get always the message limited Connection.So I will ask if the power can be a Problem on These two Connection or the tp-link have a Problem.How can I detect the error there and can solve it.kindly regards for any answer.
