Hello, I emailed the support about this, but was told to call their free number instead. Available only in India. Like the majority of the world's population, I don't live in India. Let me preface this with some online threads of people having the exact same problem: https://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?97139-Unable-to-forward-port-80-from-WAN-to-a-virtual-server http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-3543624/w8960n-disable-remote-access.html https://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?90440-TD-W8960N-V7-and-prot-forwarding-problems https://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/1893131 https://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?106701-No-HTTP-port-forwarding-with-TD-W8960N& https://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?97308-Port-80-Redirection https://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?96444-Cant-use-port-80-to-modem-router https://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?51424-Port-80 https://superuser.com/questions/1278417/how-to-move-router-port-80-to-other Quite a few, huh? I've got a TD-W8960N v7. I'm trying to forward port 80 to my device running a webserver. I don't want the router's web interface accessible from the wan in ANY way. It's supposed to be disabled. Instead of moving to 8080 for lan connections, it's on 80 over wan. My virtual server is the one moving to 8080. The one that's supposed to go on 80. What I want is simple; forward port 80. No router interface, no switching ports around. This is a very serious problem your product wasn't supposed to have and that I wasn't informed about when I paid for it. No ISP/firewall issues whatsoever.
