Hardware Version :

Firmware Version : 0.2.0 0.9.1 v0070.0 Build 170719 Rel.63031n

ISP :

Hello i bought before one week VR400 v2 and since then i try to connect with my pc in 1gigabit connection but is just connection in 100Mbps. I use cat6 lan cable and my ethernet card is Realtek® 8111F who support 1gigabit connections. is anyone else have same problem?

Does your computer's adapter support Gigabit?If yes, you may force the speed on your pc to 1000Mbps. If no, we can not get 1Gigabit connection even the router and cable support that.

Is this a direct connection from PC to router , with NOTHING else connected to router ? Because if you have a 100Mbps piece of equipment connected also it may drop speed to this . I have the VR900v2 and it connects fine at 1Gbps with other devices on 100Mbps but some LAN cards can be fussy, mine is Intel .

Have you got anything else that has 1Gbps LAN card to use for a test , preferably with a different LAN card in it ?
