Model : Archer C3200

Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version : 0.9.1 0.1 v004b.0 Build 160712 Rel.55313n

ISP : Virgin Media uk

cant connect to the tether app I have latest firmware on router latest app I put the right login details in but no success the router shows in my devices in the app just won't log in please see picture its shows the pop up in the app I get.

You need to update firmware dated 170707. Read their FAQ.

That's the BETA version to go for If there isn't a official EU version for you. You will see BETA wordings all over the background. Btw I was using BETA US version initially until official US version 170707 was released.

I may just hold off then if its beta there is no other link in the faq only the beta one this is the latest firmware I installed thanks for your help much appreciated

just an update to say the app was working using the C3200 but now its stopped working as before.
