Hi

Using RE360 in access point.
Both 2.4G and 5.0G clients are connected to it
Among the 5.0G clients is a set top box for TV, which can receive multicast TV traffic from my operator.

When the TV set top box is not in use, not traffic towards it, all clients 2.4 and 5.0 work fine with expected performance

But when TV set top box is in use and receives traffic, datarates can be like 2.5 Mbits/s to 12 Mbits/s depending on the channel viewed, then the following happens:
- All other 5.0G clients work fine, without any issue
- But all 2.4G clients stop exchanging any data. They are still connected to the access point, the Wifi link is up for all of them, but they simply cannot exchange any data.
Situation gets back to normal when I stop the TV traffic to the 5.0G set top box.

Note that some 5.0G clients are Android tablets that can display TV channels using a dedicated app from my operator, and this issue does not happen when the tablets TV apps are in use.
This only happens with the TV set top box, which receive a UDP Multicast TV signal

Any idea what happens here, and how to solve this issue ?

BR,
Nicolas
