Downloading TPMifi App on iPhone 5SE not working?

I personally have an iPhone 7 and the TPMifi App for use with an M7650 downloads fine.
On my wife, son and daughters iPhone 5SE after saying install it does not start downloading; just goes back to the GET button?
Any ideas please?
