C5400 unable to connect at gigabit speed
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
I have posted this earlier - but censored by admin?
I have a brand new C5400 v2 that only connects at 500 Mbit speed to my modem.
Devices wired to the TP-Link router only get half speed; when I wire the same devices directly to the modem I get full speed (gigabit fiber connection); i.e. 900 Mbit/s ++
I can document this, all cables top-notch Cat 6, also triet Cat 6e. Documentation supplied to TP-Link support, but no answer there either.
Is my device defect, or are all C5400 unable to deliver full speed?
Any tips about this? Try a new unit or go for a different brand with better support and QA?
Regards,
Steinar Carlsen
