Help my tl-wr840n error

Guys can you help me with my router. I cant use my wifi if its from my router. But if i do it wit LAN cable to my laptop it works just fine. What should i do?Fyi i had this router for about 2 weeks. Before this i never encounter a problem. I talk to my internet provider customer care they said the router overheat or it needs time out. I dont know what to do.Sorry for the bad english its not my first language
