Hello guys,

I just bought The router. The 2.4 GHz is OK. But my mobiles, computers are not detecting the 5 GHz band.

Can you help me.

Is the 5GHz LED light on?

You can also check whether you enabled 5G wireless radio.

If the LED is on, confirm whether your mobiles and computers support 5GHz network.
