Archer C2300 redirect internal traffic from a single IP address to internal server

I have a device on my internal lan (on 192.168.1.103) and I want to redirect all its outgoing traffic to webserver.com running on 192.168.1.107 also on my lan and block it from receiving anything from the wan. Can this be done through the router or do I need to set up some other system ( in fact I have been trying with dnsmasq and failing miserably)
