I am having a problem with an Archer MR400 V1. Indeed, everything worked well with the SIM card A. Getting started, quick setting then the 4G is operational on it.

Then I change the SIM card to put a card B in, to get more data than the previous one. However the modem recognizes the card in 3G only.

I think to make a hard reset by telling me that I could redo the quick setup as the first SIM and it would probably work better.

Unfortunately, the hard reset is done, but I can not do the configuration of the router. Indeed, the list of profiles is empty now. When I go to the menu forward -> Network -> Internet -> Profile Creation, I can put anything as information, it always ends with an error code: Error code: 1 Internal error .

I also try to do a firmware update, in the latest release version, but that does not correct the problem.

Has anyone ever had this problem?

Je dispose d'un routeur Archer MR400 V1 depuis peu (Environ 1 mois et demi).

Je ne rencontrais pas de soucis particulier jusqu’à hier.

En effet, j'avais mis une puce dedans dès sa réception, tout fonctionnait bien. J'ai ensuite permuter de puce avec une autre disposant de plus de data par mois.

Cependant le routeur ne voyait que de la 3G. J'ai ensuite procéder à un reset du routeur, pensant que si je le remettait en configuration d'usine, cela se paraméterait bien.

Malheureusement, lorsque je fais un quick setup, la liste des profils est vide (donc je ne peux pas poursuivre le paramétrage). En allant dans le menu avancé --> Network --> Internet --> Create profil, je peux indiquer tout et n'importe quoi, j'obtiens systématiquement l'erreur suivante : Error code: 1 Internal error.

J'ai ensuite tenter de faire un upgrade du firmware le plus récent pour le V1, mais cela ne corrige pas le problème.


Que puis-je faire pour résoudre cela ? Car en l'état, le routeur 4G n'est plus utilisable...
