Hi, I have a very new Deco M5 system (a month or so old) and one Deco unit (a fourth I'd added to the original three) suddenly has no lights (red, green or otherwise) and does not show up as online on the app. I have tried reset (and alt. power points) but there's no reaction at all. Is this unit likely to be caput and therefore qualify for replacement under guarantee? Thanks, Tim
