Hi Guys,

Im hoping someone can help me here as I'm struggling a bit.

I have a Model No. TD-W8968 running Version 4 of the firmware and its set up to run as wireless router mode.

It's connected via Fibre to my ISP and I can get to the internet fine using my Laptop.

All other devices (ipad / iphone / raspberry pi) can connect to the devices Wifi without any problems but I cant get to the internet with them.

I've reset the modem multiple times to see if that corrects the issue which it hasnt.
I've updated the firmware to the above mentioned firmware which hasnt corrected the issue.
I've changed the SSID to see if that corrects the issue which it hasnt.
I've changed the bandwidth frequency from 20/40hz to 20Hz which also hasnt corrected the issue.
I also switched off ipv6.

I'm a bit stumped..I'm not sure what else to try.

@kmutschler

Hey! First of all u need to update firmware of the router. Your vision V4_150504 is too old. The newest vision was find is V4_151299. I put the link here

https://static.tp-link.com/res/down/soft/TD-W8968(EU)_V4_151229.zip

And reboot your router , when you reboot finished please install according to the reccomended.

and that you write , I have read and found something wrong. It a subnet mask. Your subnet mask is 255.255.255.255 it the same as 1.1.1.1 or 2.2.2.2 it is no longer a network but a standalone host

For example, if you count 1-5 subnet mask is 5.5.5.1 - 5.5.5.5

like i told u before do as the router suggests

IP Address and Subnet Mask for LAN Interface is 192.168.1.1 and 255.255.255.0 (reccomend)

and set dynamic host put IP Address and Subnet Mask is 192.168.1.2 - 192.168.1.254 (if u set 192.168.1.2 - 192.168.1.5 , you can use the internet for 4 device including the router)
