Archer C1200's Ethernet switch is blocking some traffic

ISP :
I am running an UTP cable from ISP's router on one end of the house to a set-top box in the living room in the other end of the house. I'd like to add an Archer C1200 as an access point in my living room.
I switched Archer C1200 to Access Point mode and connected set-top box and ISP router to C1200's LAN switch. However, the set-top box is not getting TV data any more.
When replacing C1200 with any generic 100Mbps or 1Gbps switch the TV works fine.
