[MAC] TP-LINK USB Printer Controller Installer DOES NOT WORK

The USB Printer Controller Installer isn't working in my MAC HIGH SIERRA 10.13.
When I enter it appears the message "The installation of Control Center is incomplete! Install again".
Please someone know how to fix it? I have reinstalled a thousand times!
