VR200v VoIP calls no voice in one direction

I have set up 2 VoIP-phone numbers in my VR200v, both from different SIP-providers, with both I have the same problem: at outgoing calls, I can hear the called person, but he cannot hear me. Incoming calls are fine.
Both providers recommend to manually select a codec in that case, however the VR200v does not offer a codec setting.
