I've just installed a new TP-Link TG-3468 PCI Express card (Version 3.0) in my PC. I receive the error "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

I updated the drivers with the latest Windows 10 64-bit drivers from TP-Link. Same issue.

I tried an alternate PCI-Express slot. Same issue.

Event manager reports: "not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match".
