I have a new VR400.

If I leave the 'Channel' selected to auto for 2.4 and 5ghz, then the only wi fi network available is the 5ghz one. If I set channel on 2.4ghz to 13 and 5ghz to 40 then i can see BOTH networks and attach to them.

If i then change channel to say 1 on 2.4ghz, then 2.4ghz network disappears!! Only 13 seems to work.

If I change 5ghz to say 48, then 5ghz network disappears!

Have I got a faulty router?

(I have checked an firmware is up to date)
