I tried TD-W8968 Firmware upgrade via ACS server(TR069) but it failed

I generate download request based on TR069, and send to TD-W8968 Device, it Return success response. But it Doesn't download firmware file.

Expected: Device should download firmware image from [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica][SIZE=2]Download request mentioned [/SIZE][/FONT] [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica][SIZE=2][SIZE=-1]http://file/...../xxxxxx.bin[/SIZE][/SIZE][/FONT] [SIZE=-1] URL.[/SIZE]
Actual: Device does't try to download firmware image from server but response say success and error was observed in syslog message.
