Error 4503 while installing latest Archer D9 firmware

Error 4503 while installing latest Archer D9 firmware
Model : Archer D9
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version : 0.9.1 0.1 v0041.0 Build 170626 Rel.64998n

So I've been trying to figure out why I can't upgrade the Archer D9 to the latest firmware, it keeps saying that the uploaded file wasn't accepted even though I have extracted the necessary file from the ZIP file. I've looked on the forums and the internet and haven't found anything helpful or that works for my current issue. Nothing except the computer that is uploading the file is connected to the internet, the computer is directly connected to the router via Ethernet cable. This is the name of the file I extracted (Archer_D9v1_0.9.1_0.1_up_boot(150826)_2015-08-26_11.47.46.bin). Any help is appreciated here, thanks!
