How to change the settings on Extender when you switched to another WiFi-adress

Good afternoon all!
I've been using my range extender happily for a year now. Only since I've changed my router and modem last week, I can't connect anymore to my extender.
The extender is still showing my old WiFi spot.
I have no idea how switch the WiFi-adress that the extender has to connect too, does anyone have some advice?
