Hi All,


Any solution ask below issue ,

1) Always auto disconnect (limited access),

2) My smart phone Motorola MB860 (android 4.0.4) Can connect but can access internet.

3)Always connect to 2.4GHz ,never see connect to 5GHz.

4)Wireless connection 15-20 Max Mbps Only ,LAN can up to 50 Mbps .

Do you have the same problem with the hardware connection? Reset and reconfigure it to have a try.

Do the devices support 5GHz too? how many devices are there connected to the router?

6 Laptop ,1 ipad,3 iphone,3 sonyericsson smart phone,1 motorola tablet,1 motorola smart phone connected.router master reset & firmware upgrade still the same issue.Check with internet service provider(starhub)my connection or modem not issue .before purchase this router is using TL-WR841N problem is auto disconnect (no internet access) issue but all type smart phone can access to internet.

You can have a try to change the wireless SSID to a different one and security level to WEP or disable it and change the wireless channel to 6 or 11 to have a test.

I have exactly the same problem with the same firmware, my ISP is biznet/max3.
I have called the ISP, the tp link cust service, but still disconnect or hang after nearly 2 hours of router runtime.

Disable the Hardware NAT can solve the problem.

Had the same problem with the router. On the april software there were connection problem from certain phones, which the update solved, but after the update it started to disconnect from the WAN side, looked like something was filling up and the router was unable to manage with it. Also LAN traffic started to be bulky and slowed down without reason.

Disabling Hardware NAT helped (thnx gmail). But this is kind of temporary solution. I hope this gets fixed in the next firmware release.

Having the same issue here, but disabling NAT did not work. Tried to reset factory defaults and rebooting several times, but problem persists. I am thinking about throwing it away. Any tips guys?
