I am not sure if this is intended behavior or if I am missed something. I have a new Archer C5400 and I have noticed that about 75% of all the connected devices share the same first 6 digits in the MAC address, all the device are wireless and different manufacturers, However the last 6 digits are correct. It looks like like the router is removing the first 6 and replacing it the same 6 digits. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

If your wireless clients are connected to a Range Extender, then their MAC address will share the same first 6 digits of the MAC address on C5400.  Only in this way your wireless clients can access the internet.

Thank you, I didn't even think about the range extender. That would be it. Thank you again.

You can read about 3-MAC and 4-MAC-address models to understand, how it works:)
