I am unable to Connected to the device (extender RE200) after I put the password to connect to the devi

Wi-Fi password to connect to the extender should be the Wi-Fi password of your router. 

 

Did you get this invalid password message on every device? Or just some?

 

One suggestion: update firmware

which password? is it the wireless password or the modem password?

Wi-Fi password your modem/router's, because the extender need to extend your Wi-Fi by connecting to router and repeating between phone and router
