Router Login problem in TL-SG108

Hi all, I am recently having trouble logging into my WiFi router, model - TL-SG108. It keeps me redirecting to a different IP address where the default username and password doesn't work.
How do I fix this? Please help.

TL-SG108 is a unmanaged switch. Are you sure there is web interface to log in?

I am configuring it for the first time. I previously had a Belkin Router which used to show the cpanel for the Router when put in this IP of router.
Nevertheless, If it is unmanaged, how do I configure it?

It's plug and play. No need to configure the switch. It's the router that you should configure.
