I've been trying mnay ways to solve this problem, but it seems impossible. So maybe some of you know how...

I don't know why I can't really upload anything true my internet. The download speed is up tp 47GB, but I can't really check the upload speed. It's basically 0.

Also I tried to check this with other people in my building because they get the internet from the same source as me. 

So I don't know if it is the problem with router or what exactly. Is it possible that the router itself somehow blocks the upload speed?
