I have two Archer C9 V1's 3.17.1 Build 20180125 Rel.56387n.  I'm using WDS to expand the network (root router and WDS client router).  However, the connection from the WDS router will drop after some time.  If I am actively using the connection or setup a constant ping to the root router, the connection stays active.  Is there a "Keep Alive" setting somewhere I'm missing?  Perhaps a way to set up a constant ping from the WDS router to the root router?  Anyone experience this?

I have same issue with my C9 V5, and 2nd router in next room (4/5 signal). I'm thinking about returning this router because how hard should it be to not drop my internet connection for this kind of router every 3-4 hours?
